Ethical Mobile Proxy Sourcing & Marketplace Assurance Statement
OnlineProxy.io — Ethical, Partner-Owned Mobile Proxies
Purpose
OnlineProxy.io is a marketplace for partner-operated mobile proxy endpoints. This statement explains how we source, verify, and maintain proxies in a way that is ethical, transparent, and quality-driven—and how we enforce standards when a partner fails to meet them.
This document is designed to be practical and understandable. It is not legal advice, and it does not replace our Terms of Service, AUP, or Partner Agreement.
Marketplace model: who does what
Partners (Independent Operators)
Our supply is provided by independent entrepreneurs (“Partners”) who intentionally build proxy infrastructure as a business. They:
-
purchase and own mobile devices and required hardware,
-
install SIM cards and connect to mobile networks,
-
set up and operate the infrastructure needed to provide mobile proxy service,
-
maintain uptime, throughput, and stability,
-
improve performance based on operational experience and feedback.
OnlineProxy.io (Marketplace Operator)
We do not own, control, or secretly “borrow” third-party devices. We operate the marketplace layer:
-
list partner proxy endpoints and provide access credentials to buyers,
-
manage customer support and service operations,
-
monitor stability and quality signals,
-
enforce marketplace standards and disconnect partners who do not comply.
In short: Partners operate the infrastructure. We provide the marketplace, service layer, and quality governance.
Our ethical sourcing principles
We built OnlineProxy.io around three non-negotiable principles:
A. Intentional participation (not passive “consent”)
Our Partners are not “unwitting participants.” They are intentional operators running proxy infrastructure as a purposeful business activity.
B. Partner-owned, dedicated proxy infrastructure
We require proxies to be provided through specialized, partner-owned setups intended for proxy service delivery—not repurposed consumer devices used for unrelated personal activity.
C. Quality, integrity, and enforceability
We validate partners during onboarding and continuously monitor performance. When a partner’s quality degrades or commitments are not honored, we take action—up to full disconnection from the marketplace.
Partner onboarding and verification (supply integrity)
Before listing a partner’s proxies, we perform verification designed to reduce risk and increase supply integrity. While exact checks may evolve, the Marketplace typically assesses:
-
Operator legitimacy checks (identity, reliability, and ability to support operations, where applicable by our Partner Agreement and compliance requirements).
-
Infrastructure suitability: confirmation that the setup is purpose-built for mobile proxy delivery (e.g., stable hosting, power, connectivity, and operational procedures).
-
Device/SIM realism: validation that devices appear to be real mobile endpoints (not simulated) and function as advertised.
-
Quality readiness: baseline testing for uptime, routing stability, handshake reliability, and general connectivity.
We do not position these checks as “one-time approvals.” They are the starting point for continuous quality governance.
Ongoing stability and quality control
Mobile networks are complex: device behavior, radio conditions, carrier policies, tower handoffs, NAT behavior, and location consistency all affect performance. Our Partners build their infrastructure with these realities in mind and continuously maintain it.
Partner responsibilities include:
-
keeping proxies stable and reachable,
-
maintaining their equipment, SIM lifecycle, and network configuration,
-
ensuring proxies match advertised attributes (e.g., country/city availability, rotation behavior if offered, network type if claimed),
-
investigating incidents and improving reliability.
OnlineProxy.io responsibilities include:
-
continuous monitoring of availability and quality signals,
-
collecting customer feedback and incident reports,
-
providing partners with actionable feedback loops (e.g., patterns of instability, recurring failures, degraded performance),
-
encouraging iterative improvements and best practices across the partner network.
This is a cooperative operating model: partners maintain the infrastructure; we provide governance and feedback at marketplace scale.
What we do not do (clear boundaries)
To avoid confusion with unethical “residential proxy” models, we want to be explicit about what OnlineProxy.io is not:
-
We do not operate a model that relies on “quietly installed” apps on unsuspecting users’ phones.
-
We do not harvest connectivity from end-user devices.
-
We do not claim ownership of partner equipment.
-
We do not present partner-operated proxies as if they were “our own private devices.”
Our marketplace is based on intentional, partner-owned supply and enforceable standards.
Enforcement: when partners fail, we act
Quality and integrity are mandatory. If a partner:
-
violates operational commitments,
-
provides misleading listings or inconsistent proxy attributes,
-
allows quality to degrade and does not take corrective action,
-
or breaches marketplace standards under the Partner Agreement,
then OnlineProxy.io may apply measures including:
-
warnings and corrective action requests,
-
temporary suspension of listings,
-
reduced exposure/availability,
-
full disconnection from the marketplace.
We prefer improvement and remediation. But when a partner is not committed to quality and compliance, we remove them to protect customers and marketplace integrity.
Security and privacy principles
We aim to keep the ecosystem safe and trustworthy:
-
We continuously work with partners on stability and security hardening.
-
We promote operational best practices (e.g., reliable hosting, controlled access, responsible rotation mechanisms, incident response).
-
We support customers through service operations while minimizing unnecessary data handling.
Important: Proxy services inherently route customer traffic through third-party infrastructure. Customers should always use proxies responsibly, follow laws and platform rules, and apply appropriate security controls on their side (e.g., HTTPS usage, credential hygiene, and safe automation practices).
Responsible use (customer expectations)
OnlineProxy.io is built for legitimate use cases—such as QA testing, localized verification, ad verification, SEO monitoring, and other compliance-friendly automation.
We do not support abusive or illegal behavior. Customers must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and applicable laws. If misuse is detected, access may be restricted in line with our policies.
Continuous improvement commitment
Ethics and reliability are ongoing processes, not marketing slogans. We continuously:
-
refine partner verification and monitoring,
-
strengthen marketplace standards,
-
update enforcement processes,
-
incorporate customer feedback to improve stability and transparency.
Our goal is simple: an ethical supply model with professional operators and consistently reliable mobile proxy service.
