Within 30 days from the moment you pay for the Services, you have the right to request from the Company a refund of the balance of your funds that you have not spent during this period of using the Services, if the Services was not available for use for technical or other reasons directly dependent on the Company. 

In the case of blocking of your of access to the Services due to your violation of Terms & Conditions of the Company, as well as after 30 days after the payment, the refund of the fees paid, but not provided, is made at the sole discretion of the Company.
